Professional Dryer and Vent System Cleaning
We use the VAC LINT REMOVAL SYSTEM to clean out the dryer and vent. The Vac System is a high powered motor unit with a HEPA FILTER which removes the lint by suction. One of the first things we do when we arrive at your home is to take at your vent exhaust on the outside of your home. Then we will come inside your home and pull the dryer out from the wall and disconnect the flex pipe. Next, we will inspect the vent inspection if needed and let you see inside your vent. Now we are ready to clean the inside of your dryer. We will take the top and front panels off your dryer and remove the drum and through clean all components. We will attach the VAC SYSTEM to your vent on one end and the rotating action of our rods and brushes will dislodge the lint. Don't worry about us making a mess in your home, all of the lint will be accumulated into the VAC SYSTEM. Once the dryer and vent have been through cleaned we will put it back together.

Installation of Dryer Vents and Re-routing Vents
We use 4" rigid metal vent pipe for internal installations and 4" flex metal pipe for external installations. All connections are metal. In some cases the vent system will need to be repaired or re-routed due to a broken vent. If such repairs are needed they will be re-scheduled for another day.

Refrigerator Coil Cleaning and Other Cleanings
We clean the coils, fan, motor, compressor, and electrical connections. We clean refrigerator coil, underneath and back of stove/washing machine, interior of dryer, kitchen fan/vent, bathroom fan/vent and electric board heater.

There will be an extra charge of $30.00 for removal of bird nest or other blockage other than lint.
